Child and Family Advocates

Advocates of Child Health Services are members of a special leadership-giving program who make a three-year commitment to help support the medical costs of a CHS child or family. A Child Advocate pledges $1,500 a year and a Family Advocate pledges $5,000 a year. Our Advocates honor us with their partnership that directly assists a child and family's well being.
