Located in Manchester, NH, Child Health Services is a NCQA recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home specializing in at-risk population. Dedicated to strengthening Child Health Services expert pediatric and adolescent primary health care is complemented by Nutrition Counseling, Family Support programs, and Mental and Behavioral Health Services in a culturally sensitive setting. Child Health Services is also home to Special Medical Programs which provides an array of programs for children with special medical needs. Child Health Services also collaborates extensively with other community service and health care providers and is a training site for medical and social work students from universities around the state.
