Nutrition Counseling
-offered to all clients who need this service
-by appointment or as referred by their examiner during clinic hours
-for concerns such as obesity, underweight, anemia, lead poisoning and hyperlipidemia
-for guidance on how and what to feed infants thru adolescents

Kids in the Kitchen
-children prepare a quick meal or snack while at our clinic
-offered on a daily basis
Teen Cooking Class
-a popular class offered bimonthly to our adolescent clients
-teens learn to prepare nutritious meals, beverages, desserts, and snacks
-food safety and sanitation are emphasized
-recipes and finished products are sent home with teens
