Behavioral Health and Family Support Program Manager
This position is a full time, FLSA exempt position of management within the agency reporting directly to the Medical Director. This position manages the day-to-day family support operations, including care coordination, behavioral health, dental health, family support and parent education functions. This position is also responsible for developing, directing and evaluating programs to successfully meet the needs of families and children served by CHS.
Qualifications:
·MSW and LICSW current license with 5+ years in program management and staff supervision
·Demonstrated administrative experience including the ability to coordinate, monitor and manage program activities.
·Knowledge of the relationship of behavioral health, family support and parenting to the development of a healthy child.

Liscensed Dietitian
Part time position in a comprehensive pediatric clinic that provides primary medical care and social services to medically underserved infants through young adults.
Responsibilities include: nutrition assessment and counseling of patients, provision of health promotion and nutrition education, coordination and consulting with community agencies as part of the nutrition care plan and development of individual and group nutrition activities.

Part-time Driver
Per diem driver needed to help transport our clients to appointments in Boston, MA and Lebanon, NH. Vehicles provided. Approximately 10 hours per month. Must have clean driving record, as well as flexibility with scheduling.
