Primary Medical Care
Child Health Services is a Patient-Centered Medical Home where patients, their families and their providers work together on all aspects of the patient's health and well-being. We offer a comprehensive array of services that are culturally-competent and designed to help each person who walks through our door to reach his or her personal potential.
To complement our expert pediatric and adolescent primary health care clinics, CHS offers including mental and behavioral health services, nutrition counseling and family support programs to support the physical and emotional health of each of our patients.
