Teens and Young Adults

The Teen Health Clinic provides a safe and respectful Patient-Centered Medical Home for adolescents and young adults. Our patients are offered primary medical care, psychosocial support services and health promotion programs. The Teen Health Clinic offers care to patients up to age 22 who have no insurance or are under-insured. Our dedicated staff of nurses, medical providers and support staff are here to provide comprehensive and culturally sensitive care to our patients.

Our services include:

• Care for and treatment of common illnesses
• Annual physical exams
• Immunizations
• Hearing and vision screenings
• Confidential care for reproductive/ family planning services
• HIV/STD testing
• Nutrition counseling
• Crisis counseling and support

Teen Health Clinic Office Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
