Special Medical Services
Our Special Medical Services are part of the State of New Hampshire's Title V Programs for Children with Special Health Care Needs and are supported by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Developmental Services, Special Medical Services. Current programs include Child Development Clinic; Community Based Care Coordination; Nutrition, Feeding & Swallowing; and Neuromotor Clinic. In 2011 Child Health Services was named a clinical site for a new program to support families with children who have epilepsy.
Co-locating these programs for children with special health care needs at Child Health Services allows for the integration of multiple services while maintaining continuity of care and avoiding duplication.
